3. SMS Messaging & Compliance

- SMS messages are sent only with your explicit, separate opt-in: two clearly described, unchecked consent checkboxes on the booking form at easyscalers.com/book, one for non-promotional appointment messages and one for promotional messages. You may select either, both, or neither.
- Consent is optional and is not required to use our services or book a free Retainer Leak Check.

- We follow the TCPA, the FCC's A2P 10DLC requirements, and other applicable telemarketing laws.
Message types
- Non-promotional messages cover Retainer Leak Check booking confirmations, reminders, follow-up, and status updates.

- Up to 4 messages per month. Frequency may vary based on your booking and active engagement with us.
- Standard message and data rates may apply per your carrier plan.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS data protection
EasyScalers LLC does not sell or share your phone number or SMS consent with any affiliates or third parties for marketing, promotional, or any other purposes unrelated to providing our direct services. The categories of information described in Section 6 specifically exclude SMS opt-in data and consent. This information is shared only with carrier aggregators and SMS-provider service providers strictly for the purpose of delivering messages you have opted in to receive.
4. Email Marketing & CAN-SPAM
We send transactional email (booking confirmations, reminders, receipts), service updates, and (only with explicit subscription) marketing communications. Every marketing message identifies us as the sender, includes a physical address, and provides a one-click opt-out. We honor opt-out requests within 10 business days, as required by the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act.
To opt out of any email channel, click the unsubscribe link in any message we send, reply STOP, or email [email protected].
5. Affiliate Disclosure
When prospects sign up to GoHighLevel through a referral link we provide as part of our service delivery, we may receive a referral commission from GoHighLevel. This does not change your subscription cost or terms with GoHighLevel. We disclose this relationship under the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's endorsement guidelines.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We may share information with:

All categories above exclude text messaging opt-in data and consent. This information is not shared with any third parties, other than the aggregators and providers of the SMS service.
