EasyScalers is a service of EasyScalers LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. References to "EasyScalers," "we," "us," or "our" throughout this document refer to EasyScalers LLC unless otherwise stated.
1. SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
Program description. This messaging program sends Retainer Leak Check booking confirmations, reminders, follow-up, and status updates to customers who have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications via our booking form at easyscalers.com. Opt-in is collected via a clearly described, unchecked consent checkbox. You may separately opt in to promotional messages (automation tips and best practices).
Cancellation. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to the same number that sent you messages. We will confirm your unsubscribe via SMS, and you will no longer receive messages from us. To rejoin, opt in again as you did initially.
Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact [email protected].
Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message & data rates. Up to 4 messages per month. Standard message and data rates may apply per your carrier plan. Message frequency varies based on your bookings and active engagement with us. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
Consent. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Age restriction. You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.
Privacy. For privacy-related inquiries, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the FCC's A2P 10DLC requirements, and CTIA guidelines, regarding the use of SMS communications.
2. General Terms
This website (the "Site") is owned and operated by EasyScalers LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that may apply to specific products or services available through the Site.

Your license to us

6. Affiliate Disclosure
When prospects sign up to GoHighLevel through a referral link we provide as part of our service delivery, we may receive a referral commission from GoHighLevel. This does not change your subscription cost or terms with GoHighLevel. We disclose this relationship under the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's endorsement guidelines.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that we deem inappropriate or unlawful. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Site and any content obtained from it.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
